DBrazil is a company focused on developing high-quality healthcare systems to deliver a better medical experience for clients. Being managed by a team formed by young masters, masters, engineers, and marketing professionals, with expertise in technological business, mechatronics, web design, automation, artificial intelligence, marketing, product design, neuroengineering, neurosciences, biomedical engineering, and computer engineering. Having as a product an Ortech, which is a functional electrostimulation system (FES) for functional rehabilitation and patient follow-up; the solution comprises an electrostimulator, a control system, and software for managing and monitoring electrostimulation protocols. Ortech has an electrostimulator connected with an actuator device, in order to obtain muscle contraction and/or functional replacement of joint movements and lost bio functions, in addition to having embedded inertial sensors, to perform mechanical data resources. The system allows multiple devices to connect, via WI-FI, to the software with a user-friendly interface, which integrates medical data, in order to allow both real-time feedback offline. In addition, the software is integrated with control to manage an electrotherapy system. The meaning, generated from the relevant matrix, was a structured solution for the actors of the system and by the classification of the prioritization interview, to allow an escalation of the patient of the attendance of specific protocols for each and monitoring of users simultaneously.
This project has already gone through the initial stages of the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) scale, which consist of the basic research phase (TRL1), the three technology concept designation (TRL2), as well as having the minimum viable product, which consists of software for monitoring and generating a stimulation protocol integrated to an onboard two-channel electrostimulator with three-axis inertial sensors. It is worth mentioning that there is already a graphical monitoring functionality of the movement in real-time and with several patients simultaneously.
The marketing differential of this product in relation to devices, such as FisioSlim portable (HTM) and Neurodyn Compact (Ibramed), is that it allows the learning of information about exercises, devices, patients, and professionals who use the device, in addition to presenting the feedback in a graphical interface of three dimensions (3D, exercise) for a visualization of the real-time what makes possible the follow-up of patients simultaneously, besides allowing a modification of the stimulation parameters in real-time and offline.
